Debbie's Birthday

It was Barbara's mom's birthday on Friday, so we made her a video to celebrate.  It took way too long.  Our thanks to Tyson for his garage band skills and his killer electric guitar whammy sounds.

Tyler's Birthday

So last Sunday I woke up to see some crazy looking object flying through the air at my head and Barbara shouting, "TODAY IS YOUR DAY OF ALL DAYS!" She had drawn and cut out a bird from a Dr. Seuss book ("the birthday bird"), taped it to a bobby pin, then let it fly down a thread she was holding which was pinned to the wall just over my sleeping head. A great start to any day. 

We had some people over and played bunco and ate ice cream cake. I got a microscope from Barbara and her parents which I'm very excited about. I know, I know, I'm a biology nerd, but I just can't help it.

My friend Tyson made this video for me as a gift.  Wow, it's fantastic.

Seeing Oliver

This past weekend we went to see our friends Brett and Ciara near Salt Lake. They just had a new baby boy, Oliver, and it was a lot of fun.
